Terms of Service

II. General Provisions

By making a purchase, the User must fully accept the store's Terms of Service. These Terms outline the rules for the operation and use of the Service and define the rights and obligations of both the Users and the Service Provider in connection with the use of the Service. The Service Provider's offerings consist of providing free tools through the Service, allowing Users access to content such as posts, articles, audiovisual materials, web applications, and electronic forms. Any content, articles, and information containing guidance or advice published on the Service are general information and are not directed at specific Users. The Service Provider is not responsible for their use by Users. Users assume full responsibility for the manner in which they utilize the materials provided on the Service, including compliance with applicable laws. The Service Provider does not guarantee the usefulness of the materials available on the Service. The Service Provider is not liable for any damages suffered by Users or third parties in connection with the use of the Service. Users assume all risks associated with using the Service, especially regarding the use and application of information found on the Service.

III. Terms of Use of the Service

The use of the Service by all Users is free and voluntary. Users are required to familiarize themselves with the Terms and all related documents and must fully accept its provisions to continue using the Service. Users may not use any personal data obtained from the Service for marketing purposes.

Technical requirements for using the Service:

  • A device with a display capable of showing web pages
  • Internet connection
  • Any web browser that adheres to W3C Consortium standards and supports HTML5
  • JavaScript enabled
  • Cookies enabled

For the security of the Service Provider, Users, and other Service Users, all Users must adhere to commonly accepted online security practices.

The following actions are prohibited, whether performed personally or through software:

  • Decompiling or analyzing the source code without written consent
  • Overloading the Service server without written consent
  • Attempting to identify security vulnerabilities in the Service or server configuration without written consent
  • Uploading or injecting code, scripts, or software that may harm the Service, other Users, or the Service Provider
  • Uploading or injecting code, scripts, or software that may monitor or steal data from Users or the Service Provider
  • Any actions intended to damage, block, or disrupt the functioning of the Service

If a cybersecurity incident or GDPR violation is detected or suspected, Users must report it to the Service Provider for prompt resolution and risk mitigation.

IV. Registration Terms and Conditions

Users may use the Service without registration. Registration and an account are required to access additional services available only to logged-in Users. Registration is voluntary and free. Each User may only have one account.

Technical requirements for account registration:

  • An individual email account

By registering, Users consent to the processing of their personal data as entered during registration and any subsequent updates or deletions. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts at its discretion, restricting or blocking access to certain or all services, content, and resources, particularly if a User violates the Terms, applicable laws, social norms, or acts against the interests of the Service Provider or other Users.

All services offered by the Service may be modified, added, removed, or temporarily suspended at the discretion of the Service Provider, without the possibility of objection from Users.

Account Security Rules:

  • Users must not share their login credentials with third parties.
  • The Service Provider will never request a User's password.

Account Deletion:

  • Registered Users can delete their accounts through the user panel after logging in.
  • Account deletion results in the removal of all personal data and anonymization of the username and email address.

V. Newsletter Service Terms

Users may use the Service without subscribing to the Newsletter. Newsletter subscription is voluntary and free.

Technical requirements for the Newsletter service:

  • An individual email account

Newsletter subscription terms:

  • Providing an email address via an electronic form
  • Verifying the provided email address by clicking a confirmation link
  • Agreeing to receive email notifications

Scope of the Newsletter service:

  • Notifications about updates, posts, contests, and promotional campaigns related to the Service
  • Notifications about promotional activities from the Service’s partners (Marketing Communications)

Newsletter Unsubscription:

  • Users may unsubscribe via a link included in each email.
  • Unsubscribing removes the email address from the Service Provider’s database.

VI. Communication and Additional Services in the Service

The Service offers tools for User interaction, including:

  • Contact form
  • Commenting on posts and articles
  • Publishing user-generated content such as graphics and multimedia

The Service provides contact information such as:

  • Email address

Personal data provided during communication is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

VII. User Data Collection

To ensure proper service provision, legal protection, and compliance with regulations, the Service Provider collects and processes certain User data.

The Service stores some anonymous User information in cookies.

The scope, purposes, and rules for data processing are outlined in the attached GDPR Information Obligation and Privacy Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.

Automatically Collected Data:

  • IP address, browser type, screen resolution, approximate location, visited pages, session duration, operating system, referral page address, browser language, internet connection speed, ISP, demographic data (Google Analytics: gender, age, interests)

Data Collected During Registration:

  • Username, full name, email address
  • For logged-in Users, cookies may store an identifier linked to their account

Data Collected During Newsletter Subscription:

  • Email address

VIII. Copyrights

The Service and its content are owned by the Service Provider. Some content is copyrighted by third parties and used under license or free-use agreements.

Under the Copyright Act of February 4, 1994, reproduction or storage of any content, descriptions, images, videos, or audio from the Service is prohibited without written or electronic consent from the copyright holder.

IX. Amendments to the Terms

The Service Provider may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Registered Users will be informed via electronic communication. For non-registered Users, the new Terms take effect immediately upon publication. For registered Users, a seven-day transition period applies. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

X. Right of Withdrawal Policy

1. No Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products

In the USAthere isn't a federal requirement for a digital product refund policy. By purchasing a digital product (e.g., e-books, online courses, software), the Customer agrees to receive digital content before the withdrawal period expires and thereby loses the right of withdrawal upon downloading or accessing the product.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Before purchasing a digital product, the Customer must accept these Terms, which clearly outline the loss of the right to withdraw.

Complaints Procedure

1. Digital Product Complaints Customers may file complaints regarding technical errors or product functionality.

2. Complaint Submission Complaints must be submitted via email to supportakademia@int.pl, including:

  • Customer’s full name
  • Email used for purchase
  • Description of the issue
  • Order number (if applicable)

3. Complaint Review Process Complaints are processed within 14 business days. Additional clarification may extend this period.

4. Corrective Actions

If the complaint is deemed justified, the company will take corrective actions, including:

  • Providing a revised version of the digital product
  • Technical instructions on resolving the issue
  • Other actions agreed upon with the Customer as part of the complaint procedure

XI. Final Provisions

  • The Service Provider shall not be liable in any way, except as permitted by applicable law, for the content transmitted and published on the Service by Users, including its truthfulness, reliability, authenticity, or legal defects.
  • The Service Provider will make every effort to ensure that the services of the Service are offered continuously. However, it shall not be liable for any disruptions caused by force majeure, unauthorized interference by Users, third parties, or external automated programs.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to change any information placed on the Service at a time chosen by the Service Provider without prior notice to Users utilizing the Service.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily, entirely, or partially disable the Service to improve it, add services, or conduct maintenance without prior notice to Users.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to permanently disable the Service without prior notice to Users.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to assign, in whole or in part, all rights and obligations related to the Service without the consent of or the possibility of objections from Users.
